Teamwork IMS specialises in helping their clients to identify and implement best practice ISO and other standard-based service improvement programmes. Their team of qualified consultants have delivered these for private and public-sector organisations across the UK, EMEA, US and beyond, from 5 to over 20,000 people businesses.
They wanted a new website which conveyed a professional, reliable image which they could update themselves as and when they needed to. They didn’t have any in-house website resource so it needed to be easy to use – even if they hadn’t used it for a while then it should be intuitive enough to work out.
mmd’s content management system of choice is WordPress, primarily due to how easy to use it is for clients to use. We arranged an initial design consultation with the client to talk through some of our ideas and understand more about their target audience and what sort of messaging would resonate with them. We also wanted to find out more about Teamwork IMS and what sets them apart from their competitors so that we could express that through the website.
We created an initial website design based on the consultation and, based on the client’s feedback, continually refined it until they were ready to sign off on the mobile and desktop website designs. Once the final design was approved we implemented it in WordPress and migrated the content in from the old website.
Since the website went live, the client has been able to add lots of new pages which has helped with their search engine rankings and they also have a news area where they have been adding news and insight on a regular basis.
Behind the scenes, mmd has managed the WordPress updates via their website maintenance service ensuring that the website software is always up to date and as secure as possible.
