What we did
Kyocera wanted to gently educate the user on the current challenges for employers when it comes to flexible and remote working, illustrate the impact that can have on an employer and then show where their solutions could make the greatest savings.
mmd had an initial workshop with Kyocera to understand the target users, define what messaging would resonate with them and then storyboard the flow of the website. We came up with the idea of a simple cost savings calculator where users could enter some simple criteria and get an indication of what they could save.
We then created some initial design mock-ups to show how this would work in practice and used WordPress to handle the forms and submissions securely.
Further projects included creating a bespoke quotation tool where users could create a unique specification of device and get a price quotation and, building on the success of the first cost savings calculator, creating an additional cost savings calculator for another service that Kyocera provides.
